It was fun, but there were many many things crammed into a rather short game. Great soundtrack though. Also badass as always. And should I ever consider cosplaying one of the characters, there's zoomable and rotatable 3D models of all of them in the game, that's great. The costumes were all made for real and then scanned by costume designer Madeleine Jenkins. Pretty cool!

Love the irony in Devil May Cry. "Haven't used my brain this much in a long time", Dante says when there is the slightest deviation from the super linear level design. "That's awfully generous", Nero said when there were suspiciously many healing orbs on the way.

My musical background is prog rock with a side of folk and church music, so I came late to heavy metal and I tend to be very picky about what I like. I don't usually go for growling singing, and I don't usually go for overwrought lyrics.I will, however, always make exceptions for Devil May Cry.

#Noita fever wore off and I took too long of a break from #eldenring, so I need a new game to be autistic about. I tried #dmc5 because I love fast-paced action and funny writing, but it hasn't hooked me yet. The only thing I can really get myself to play right now is #celeste, but that's mostly to prove that I can actually beat it after criticizing the difficulty so much.
I think I want something atmospheric, but I don't know what to pick that I haven't played already. Suggestions?
