China invented fireworks, and has now switched to Drones to do light shows for the annual celebration. Drones are a much more Earth-friendly choice than chemical fireworks.
Also, if those Drones were carrying tiny mirrors, they could fly into a target airspace, form a large composite parabolic mirror, and use sunlight to vaporize cities from above. Again, a much more elegant and Earth-friendly way to engineer weapons of mass destruction, than nuclear/chemical/other weapons, which are crude, over-engineered, expensive and messy.
