Wer die Medien von Springer bis ÖRR verfolgt bekommt oft das Gefühl die Mehrheit im Land sei schon inhaltlich bei der AfD und sorge sich um nichts anderes als Migration, und Migration sei immer das Schlechtes.
Wie das zu schaffen ist, da gehen die Meinungen auseinander. Ich finde #DiversityOfTactics die richtige Herangehensweise. #Nazis_blockieren #Kundgebung oder Flashmobs... Der Kreativität sind keine Grenzen gesetzt

"One might not guess it from its title, but Martin Sostre’s essay, 'Armed Struggle: Natural Response to Fascism,' is a nuanced, careful, and eloquent consideration of political strategy in the context of repressive, totalitarian rule. Published in 1975 in the magazine 'Black Flag: Organ of the Anarchist Black Cross', Sostre’s essay is partly a response to leftist critiques of the strategies of the controversial Symbionese Liberation Army, or SLA, whose acts of assassination, kidnapping, and armed-robbery were often deemed vanguardist, tactically-ill thought, and politically disastrous. Yet Sostre reads the theoretical manifesto of the SLA against the real-world political conditions in the United States, where in the 1970s, just as now, a set of 'repressive fascist measures' were being implemented—from restoration of the death penalty to a system of total surveillance to 'infiltration, frame-ups, assassinations, brutalisations, de-humanisations, behaviour modification, and genocide.'

In this light, Sostre asks, what should the popular response to fascism look like? If the political rhetoric of fascism is white supremacy and its primal political program is violence, can it only be challenged via appeals to humanity, calls for reform, or prayers for peace, democracy, and non-violence? Sostre is also clear, however, that the fight against fascism demands not a single strategy, but a range of strategies: the anti-fascist response must be 'multi-dimensional,' 'complex,' and able to meet people where they are."

The German organization Omas gegen Rechts (Grandmas Against the Right) put together a petition to get the AfD's donations account closed. They got over 33,000 signatures, and it seems that the bank did, in fact, close the account. (The bank can't confirm that due to confidentiality issues, but it doesn't deny it either, and it has admitted to meeting with the Omas and accepting the petition. The AfD website apparently no longer uses that bank's info.) Make of it what you will.

I used to just be a tea-drinker, earl grey, daily, because if it was good enough for my favorite captain, it was good enough for me. Then I got into yerba-maté because a company I worked for partnered with *that* company, and I always end up trying to get to the DIY or trad version of any vice I take on. And then I tried to make coffee for my Starbucks loving ex, but I wasn't able to woo her away from the union-busters, and got myself into coffee instead. Now I'm dabbling with #puer, #oolong, #sencha, and other blitz-brew or #GongFu style teas. I feel like I've got all of my major cultural caffeine bases more or less covered, and all of them work well for me for different vibes.

Yet reducing the acceleration of #ClimateDisruption via the unnecessary enhancement of #CO2 into #CH4 in an industry that exploits sentient #animals is also valuable, all the more so because doing so is necessary in the fights to stop #deforestation and the loss of carbon-sequestering #wetlands.
The situation is too dire to ditch allies by insisting on a single approach. However, if you were just talking about your own focus, that's completely understandable, and I've also put basically all my efforts towards the urgent necessity to #LeaveItInTheGround. #EndCoal #EndFossilGas #JustStopOil #EndFossilFuelSubsidies

Every action of resistance to domination, alters the form of domination. The system of domination either adjusts away from the resistance, or co-ops it, and weaponizes it against the dominated.

So it is not enough to simply resist. We need to predict how the system will react.

Knowing how the system will react, we can force it to react in ways that further erode its power, and strengthen our position.

But by this same logic, thinking one move ahead isn't enough. And using a single tactic isn't enough.

We need to be 15 steps ahead, on multiple fronts.
