😫sur pubmed je trouve des papiers de 2020 qui parlent d'un taux d'échec de #contraception de 0.08% pour les DIU en cuivre simples et de 0.02% pour les #DIU hormonés, mais je ne vois pas de détail sur la cohorte.

sachant que ça fait très peu de temps qu'on propose des DIU à des femmes qui n'ont jamais eu d'enfants, il se peut grandement que le biais de sélection soit tout pété.🤔
