Lots of stuff being shared right now about how #ElonMusk is managing #twitter. His policies seem #abusive and #distrustful.
It’s also incredibly disrespectful and shows a complete lack of #empathy.
I’m not a good manager, nor am I a millionaire. I run a small business with a handful of staff.
But I know that a good manager looks at their workforce as a band of diverse people who all have something awesome to give. People who all need different things.
