Ich bin eben über das Phänomän gestolpert das mehrere Beiträge von mir genau von den gleichen Konten nicht gemocht bzw. da es sich um Lemmy-Konten handelt gedownvoted wurden, beim letzten Beitrag nur von einem davon, naja vielleicht war es schon zu spät. YouTube ha iniciado una nueva actualización en la interfaz de Shorts que cambia la forma en la que el botón de «No me gusta» (Dislike) aparece y funciona. Esta medida forma parte de un esfuerzo continuo por proteger a los creadores de contenido de campañas de acoso coordinado y mejorar la salud de la comunidad (Fuente Blog Youtube).
👎 ¿Qué está cambiando exactamente?
Aunque el botón de «No me gusta» no va a desaparecer, su diseño y comportamiento se están ajustando para ser menos prominentes.
- Ocultamiento del contador (Extendido): Si bien los recuentos de «No me gusta» ya eran privados en los videos largos, YouTube está haciendo que en los Shorts el botón sea más discreto, integrándolo de una forma que no invite al clic por impulso o por «odio» rápido al deslizar.
- Cambio en el Algoritmo de Recomendación: El cambio principal es interno. YouTube ahora utilizará el «No me gusta» en Shorts casi exclusivamente como una señal de entrenamiento para el algoritmo personal del usuario («No me interesa este contenido»), en lugar de tratarlo como una métrica de calidad pública o de penalización masiva para el creador.
- Rediseño Visual: Se están probando variantes donde el icono de «No me gusta» aparece dentro de un menú secundario o con un diseño más minimalista para que la pantalla de Shorts se centre en las interacciones positivas (Me gusta, Comentarios, Compartir).
🎯 ¿Por qué YouTube está haciendo esto?
Según los informes, hay tres razones fundamentales para este cambio:
- Reducir el «Brigading»: Los Shorts son muy susceptibles a ataques coordinados donde grupos de personas dan «No me gusta» masivamente a un video solo para afectar la moral del creador.
- Optimizar el Feed: YouTube quiere que el «No me gusta» sirva para que el usuario diga «muéstrame menos de esto», ayudando a que el feed de Shorts sea mucho más preciso y satisfactorio.
- Salud Mental de los Creadores: Al hacer la métrica menos visible y menos «castigadora», YouTube busca fomentar que los creadores experimenten más con formatos cortos sin miedo a una reacción negativa instantánea y visible.

Something which everyone knows, intellectually, but which is frequently difficult to put into practice, because the expectations are reinforced multiple different ways for your entire path to adulthood:
You are allowed to dislike your relatives.
You don't have to be nice to someone who doesn't treat you well, no matter how much other family members push you to ignore their disrespect, neglect, or abuse. Tell them they're full of shit. Tell them you're not going to listen to their crap. Walk away.
You don't have to politely listen to someone saying things that denigrate you, or deny you agency, or "other" you, or gaslight you, no matter who tries to make you remain silent. Argue with them. Or tell them they're wrong, and why, and walk away. Loudly point out to everyone else just how offensive their stated beliefs are, even if others want you to just "let it go so as not to start an argument".
You don't have to provide favours to people who just want to use you. Feel free to say "no" to requests, without arguing or justifying your decision. You just say "No" or "That doesn't work for me", and change the subject or walk away.
This is really difficult to process and put into action. It may take decades to become fully comfortable with it. But it is incredibly freeing once you get there.

ユーザーができる Report よりももうちょっと緩い治安行為と考えればポジティブな効果もあるとは思うけど、ユーザーに「キライだ」みたいな表現を促す UI は長期的にはあまり良いものになるとは思えないんだよな…Dislike したい気持ちが湧いたときは、Dislike ボタン押させるよりは、別の投稿に Like させるとか、もしくは #SociaMedia 上ではない場所で吐き出してもらう（文字通り、リアルの居酒屋トークとか）でほうがよい気がする。
