When you #See #Disembodied #Spirits you sometimes have #weird #experiences (as if seeing spirits isn't weird enough)

You meet someone new & start telling them about a #Famous #Historical #Figure you see with them - you're #Confused why this famous spirit is communicating with you about this stranger you just met -

Then you find out they are closely related to them.

That's the difference of #Mental #Meditation & #Meditating from #Within our #Soul and #Spirits

Many are #Lost in their #Heads and #Bodies #Thinking they are those things. You may have them temporarily in #Body but you still #Exist when you are #Disembodied #Spirits
