Je tente une astuce pour faire tenir mes pétales de ma #DiscoveryDish pour un montage et démontage rapide en portable. Avec ce premier essai ça a a l'air de très bien marcher, pour une installation ponctuelle.

I've very seriously thought about it, but want to do a 1 v 1 v 1 between the #DiscoveryDish, 3D helix and the #RTLSDR patch antenna.
Then, I might look at hacking it back to sane.

Cleaning out my computer room and re-found this guy.
It had too much gain and required tracking.
If the #DiscoveryDish folks ever deliver on the dish I might back their little Alt/Az tracker and have another go with it.
For now, the 7 turn pizza 3D helix is still king of L-Band ACARS from Inmarsat.
