I don't remember this album though. I just know the 1994 one and the 7 inch that has the 'What Kind of Monster' song Ex Hex covered.

Washington DC band Teen Idles release their debut EP “Minor Disturbance”

This is after the band broke up. The band pooled their money and recorded what would become the first release on Dischord Records. Recorded on 4 tracks at Inner Ear Studios, the band released what is basically a farewell EP consisting of 7 songs.

Soon after, Ian and Jeff form Minor Threat (an escalation from "Disturbance" I guess)
