👋 hi everyone, happy new year’s! ik that i rly haven’t been present on here so if i take long to respond i’m so sorry 😞 i’ve just haven’t had enough spoons. i’ve been doing better w/my depression but the fatigue & pain lvls are thru the roof 💀 it always seems like when one is doing better the other crashes down…which ofc eventually brings the other down. it’s almost like they can only coexist when they’re both low & i’m running on empty.

i’m trying my best rn & could rly use support in regards to my survival fund 🥺 i’ve had some spoons smtimes but it happens so sporadically and the pain lvl nvr seems to go down. i mean ffs the bruxism is so bad rn that it rips thru an otc mouthguard within’ a week (even the ones that r supposed to be v durable i.e. the athletic ones) & even tho they’re wayyyyyy cheaper than the prescription ones, that shit adds up. but no decent dentist ever accepts medicaid so it’s been y e a r s since my last visit & shits not good 😭 i’ve also realized yesterday that the pain on my tongue whenever i get stressed (lmao aka like 98% of the time), i bite my tongue (& smtimes the insides of my cheeks) in my sleep which w/my damaged teeth like mine its like having mini daggers & so i end u w/mini—but rly painful (+annoying)—slices on my tongue 🙃
