"Servant of the People" MP Chernyev is considering how to ensure that people with disabilities do not lose care and to close loopholes for evaders regarding the mobilization bill. He mentioned the need to find a solution where people with disabilities do not lose necessary care while preventing exploitation of the system by some evaders.
