Well, ok...but...pressure. Pressure is how we got gay marriage in the UK.

After the film '#Victim', with #DirkBogarde , 1961, #film was one of the many elements that eventually got being #Lgbt legalised in 1967. This film as well as activism, etc put pressure on the government.

So, enough pressure can force courts and governments to do anything.
