Just received a promise of 6.69 as part of the #Churchill / #DirectLine thirty million payout. So assuming I'm typical, that's 4.5 million customers they over charged.

An owner of a #rare #classic #Rolls has it break down on a trip, so calls the #RAC. The #RAC can't fix it so offer to recover it to the owners specialist garage. However they then lose the car, and when it turns up the car is damaged. Owner turns to his insurer, #DirectLine who without seeing the car write it off and send him a cheque fo £19,000.
