it's a keyboard based device that would be the second of really good fit for me. I'm trying to decide on and find someone to run a GFM once we have identified a goal and necessity thereof.
I'm sure, like most equipment of this sort the purchase price is ridiculous, which is why a used one, such as from eBay, would be ideal. I'm low-speaking with people I don't know or in strange or pressured environments, and recently towards non-speaking, and that often also applies to whether I can sign. it's also some environments in which I previously could speak I now can't.
I use AAC in these contexts and this would be a good addition to my equipment.
this is another keyboard based device and should be easy to simply take out and use, unlike all of our current tech which requires setting up to use.

my spouse @inoru_no_hoshi and I are both disabled Jewish and Jewish-ish queers trying to survive in suburban Los Angeles, with our cat Zoey, and we need help with basically everything while I'm in school and they're doing job readiness (and not ready yet).
we're in the beginning of moving that's what we really needed but that's a hasty process with a lot of unforeseen expenses that we already don't have money for, so anything and everything helps us! this move is the first step towards getting at least partially out of an abusive situation.
currently we're at 235/1000 that we need, this gets us solvent for this month and August and means we can buy needed items for moving like plastic bins to put things into.

hi #Tesla and #TeslaTakedown, my name's key, and my spouse @inoru_no_hoshi and I are disabled queers who are trying to escape my psychologically and verbally abusive father, and stay afloat from bills when I haven't worked since mid-2023; I've applied for SSDI but it's a massive wait time and backlog and they probably won't approve me on the first try anyway. so we need to survive now and it's been pretty tight.
right now we need about $5,000 each to get much needed dental work done, and $1,000 to get us through the month of April.

March bills are coming due, and we need a minimum of $300 to stay afloat. the recent business casual clothes I got are a step in the right direction but they don't get me a job; that's if I can even work, as my spouse and I are both disabled. so now I need to pay bills for the credit cards, and the minimum payments have gone up again with the higher balances from recent purchases like my spouse's wheelchair.

so folks have an idea of what I'm typically wearing when I'd wear a tie, I bought six mostly lightweight poplin shirts to wear. I have a tan, light grey, and grey sweater vests, I have a burgundy sweater to be obnoxiously matching with the maroon chinos because I can be.
I have become That Guy who wears chinos and similar all the time because theyre comfortably and the only things that fit me well. I have one pair of dark khaki/brown and middle grey from Target's Goodfellow's brand, one dark gray pair of Dockers, and one maroon pair from Amazon Basics. I like the Dockers and Amazon Basics more, surprisingly enough, so I'll be getting more of those and when I have enough, retiring and passing on the other pairs probably to a recovery house my dad knows that always needs more clothing.
