Das #BMBF nimmt dieses Jahr mit zwei Projekten an #Work4Germany teil. Das Fellowship-Programm des bundeseigenen #DigitalService fördert neue Arbeitsweisen und Nutzerzentrierung sowie ressortübergreifenden Austausch.

Ziel ist es, Effizienz von Kooperationen zu steigern und mehr Zeit für Kreativität zu schaffen. Die kompetenzbasierte Zusammenarbeit des Teams soll so gefördert, bessere Ergebnisse erzielt und die Arbeitszufriedenheit erhöht werden.
