Mishi Choudhary, founder of @sflcin, spoke with The Economic Times about the #DigitalPersonalDataProtection Rules.
She said, "Under the Act, The #Government of India will issue a notification exempting certain Data Fiduciaries or class of Data Fiduciaries, including startups, from certain provisions of the #DPDPAct. This notification will be based on the volume and nature of #personaldata processed."
