On 27 July 2026, the #DigitalOmnibus entered officially into force, after being published on the Official Journal of the #EU.

📣 Gemeinsam mit 30 Organisationen aus ganz Europa unterzeichnen wir einen offenen Brief an die Mitglieder des Europäischen Parlaments zum digitalen #Omnibus.
Wir fordern die Gesetzgeber auf, die Verwendung von Lizenzen auf Basis offener Standards für Informationen des öffentlichen Sektors zu schützen und damit einen der Eckpfeiler des europäischen #OpenData-Rahmens zu bewahren.
