Not only morally questionable leadership vision but I'd argue also a very counter-productive one. With technologies like #AI empowering the individual, the leaders job becomes ensuring the individual can actually use that potential. Instead of technocratically micro-mangaging them, focus on building the ecosystem that allows the individual to thrive with new technologies (eg with clear AI #governance)
