    In 2015, while serving as Juca Ferreira’s digital culture advisor, I helped launch #Tainacan as an interoperable prototype for publishing digital collections from museums, libraries, and archives. It was meant to support a #NationalPolicy for #CulturalHeritage #DigitalCollections, but the policy was never launched. After the political rupture and the end of the Ministry of Culture, Ibram-Museus helped maintain the Tainacan dev teams at the university.

  5. in writing up a blog post about the Moskowitz archive to explain its context and contents, I tested the Romanian National Library link digitool.bibnat.ro again to see if it works again (has not loaded for me in a year or more). And yes it actually works and I can see all the insane old scores again!

Having been tested by thousands, Tainacan version 1.0.0 is now launched, marking the completion of the initial roadmap.   14. Have never been to Florida but once upon a time FAU's Recorded Sound Archive Judaica collection was the top digitised Yiddish music archive, still in the top 5. I for one won't use it anymore and may be petty enough to remove old links to it from blog posts. Fuck 'em.
