Watching the Digimon Adventure movie that came out pre-series and was adapted into the first part of Digimon the Movie subbed for the first time, the weirdest part isn't:

• The use of Maurice Ravel's Bolero as the accompanying music for the entire film other than the credits.
• The way that the Koromon showing up in the movie starts animalistic as a baby, talks as Koromon, then goes back to being animalistic as Weirdly Large Agumon and stays that way.
• The bit where Tai and Hikari's dad comes home in the middle of the night dead drunk and is implied to be an incredibly shitty husband to their mom.
• That Joe compared to all the other future chosen children we only see the back of his head. Such is the life of Joe. :ac_sighing:

It's the credits playing over a shot of Tai nuzzling the (dead?) Greymon from the movie in an afterlife vibes environment where Greymon is posed extremely like a very happy cat. :ac_laughter:

However, some works that stuck strongly to me include the #LionKing (1994), #DigimonAdventure (1999), Raimi's #SpiderMan trilogy, the #DarkKnight trilogy, Sasuke (Ninja Warrior), Vincenzo, and Sisyphus: The Myth.

Tag 13. Least Favorite Character.

Es gibt einige Figuren zu denen ich allgemein keine besonderen Gefühle habe. Die kommen dann plus/minus 0 raus. Allerdings gibt's einen Character den ich in #DigimonAdventure ganz schlimm fand und das ist #YamatoIshida 🙈 Das was er sein sollte und das was er war haben nicht zusammen gepasst und es ist nur schrecklich dabei zuzusehen.
02 und Adventure: haben es versucht besser zu machen, aber es gab nicht genügend Raum dafür.
