Heute die erste Runde die Sümpfe von Feya zu zweit gespielt. Vorweg, es spielt sich zu zweit schon gut.

Mir gefällt das Design auch sehr gut und es hat Spaß gemacht und das Ergebnis war knapp.

Es ist Workerplacement und mit Plättchenlegen.

Wir werden es am Wochenende sicherlich nochmal spielen, dann mit den leicht asymmetrischen Fraktionen.

Ich finde es nett, aber ich finde Emberleaf besser.

Dauert aber auch länger.

Liebe Freunde des SEZ,

Aufzeichnung und Wortprotokoll zur Anhörung in der 65. Sitzung des Ausschusses für Stadtentwicklung, Bauen und Wohnen am 2.3. sind inzwischen veröffentlicht worden. Leider enthält es auch einige Falschaussagen, die wir noch im Detail widerlegen werden – es lohnt sich also, regelmäßig einen Blick auf diese Website zu werfen.

❗In der #Anhörung wurde ein entscheidender Punkt noch einmal deutlich: Bei der Aufstellung des #Bebauungsplans bestand Konsens darüber, dass mindestens ein teilweiser Erhalt des SEZ berücksichtigt werden soll, sobald das Grundstück wieder in öffentliche Hand zurückkommt.❗ Umso unverständlicher ist es, dass für die Machbarkeitsstudie der WBM stattdessen ein vollständiger Abriss vorgegeben war.

Wir fordern daher ein neues Verfahren mit offenen und transparenten Untersuchungen zum Erhalt des SEZ sowie eine breite Beteiligung der #Stadtgesellschaft. Gerade vor dem Hintergrund, dass der Senat eine #InternationaleBauausstellung (IBA) für die Jahre 2034 bis 2037 angekündigt hat, wäre das SEZ ein ideales #Modellprojekt.

Der Antrag der Partei #Die Linke zum Erhalt des SEZ sowie die Diskussion zur #IBA sollten eigentlich in der nächsten #Ausschusssitzung behandelt werden, wurden jedoch kurzfristig auf Juni verschoben. Während die parlamentarische Diskussion also noch läuft und der #Senat selbst prüft, ob eine neue Machbarkeitsstudie möglich ist, schafft die #WBM Fakten und schreibt den vollständigen Abriss des SEZ aus – trotz #Abrissstopp und laufender Beratungen: https://myorder.rib.de/public/publications/590233

Dieses Vorgehen stellt eine grobe Missachtung des Parlaments dar und ist zugleich ein Schlag ins Gesicht für all jene, die sich #fürdenErhaltdesSEZ einsetzen – in #Zivilgesellschaft, #Fachwelt, #Initiativen sowie Bezirks- und #Landespolitik.

Deshalb rufen wir gemeinsam mit #GemeingutinBürgerInnenhand zu einer Demonstration auf: am Montag , den 11. Mai 2026 , um 8:45 Uhr vor dem #Abgeordnetenhaus (Niederkirchnerstr. 5, 10117 #Berlin), direkt vor der nächsten Sitzung des #Stadtentwicklungsausschusses. Wir wollen deutlich machen, dass wir dieses Vorgehen nicht hinnehmen und weiterhin für den Erhalt des #SEZ kämpfen.
