Sci fi/Catboy!AU thoughts: As I mentioned before in the headcanons, catboy!Doppio starts out only making trilling or hissing sounds then speaking in full sentences after a tediously long time- although where he's at the point he speaks in fragmented sentences, he starts calling Diavolo 'boss' because that's what his men call him, which Diavolo finds charming (except in the early morning where Diavolo hears Doppio bangs on the door and screaming the word 'boss' over and over until Diavolo opens the door and lets Doppio in only for the latter to be a little shit by trotting over to the bed and flopping onto it like he owns it)
