Trump’s 20-point plan has been endorsed by an assortment of Arab and Islamic states and #MahmoudAbbas, the deeply unpopular 90-year old head of the PA, but it has been rejected by a wide cross section of other #Palestinian political factions and parties.

“It’s an Israeli plan that has been rebranded as a #Trump plan,” said #DianaButtu, a human rights lawyer who previously served as an advisor to Palestinian negotiators. “All of the guarantees are being given to #Israel, but there’s no guarantees that are given to Palestinians. The fact [is] that all of the control rests in the hands of Israel. No control is ceded to anybody else...
