"One More Day" is a song written by Bobby Tomberlin and Steven Dale Jones, and recorded by American #countryMusic group #DiamondRio. It was released in October 2000 as the second single and title track from their album #OneMoreDay, in addition to gaining popularity after the death of NASCAR driver #DaleEarnhardt. The song reached the top of the #Billboard #HotCountrySinglesAndTracks (now #HotCountrySongs) chart. It peaked at number 29 on the Billboard Hot 100.

been on the hunt for one of these for ages. Was my 1st MP3 player and loved it. My original broke in about 2000.
They are pre-micro usb and so have a non standard cable and finding one with the cable is difficult!
They are from the RIAA era so use proprietary software and proprietary formatting of the external smart media card so you couldnt 🏴☠️🏴☠️ -

Our #ObjectOfTheWeek is a #NewAcquisition: The 2nd MP3 Player in the World, the Diamond Rio PMP300 (Sept 1998, after S.Korea’s MPMan in March) – the 1st commercially successful MP3 player.
The Rio provoked the 1st RIAA lawsuit trying to kill MP3s (they lost bc their suit was based on the misunderstanding that the Rio was a recording device).
Even after 25 years, our Rio still plays the (terrible) files on its built-in 32MB storage.
