Opmerking uit het publiek: "Het is allemaal herkenbaar. Het zijn allemaal onderdelen in processen maar het is multidimensionaal, niet twee dimensionaal. We kunnen processen standaardiseren. De belangrijkste software draait niet op computers, want dat is processoftware. Dit is een academische discussie en er kan meer praktijk in. Het is een architectonische opgave: hoe willen we als samenleving met elkaar omgaan? Er is een out-of-the-box oplossing nodig om anders te denken."
