On this occasion, we extend special congratulations to the families of the heroic martyrs and the missing, to the brave wounded, to the prisoners languishing behind bars, and to the leaders and fighters of the Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces and their comrades and brothers from all military wings of the resistance factions, who have written the most wonderful pages of pride, heroism, honor, and dignity in confronting the zionist enemy army.

The Martyr Omar Al-Qasim Forces reaffirms its adherence to the choice of struggle and resistance, no matter how great the sacrifices, and to continue the path of the martyrs paved with blood, and to follow in their footsteps until the national goals of our people for freedom, independence, return, and the establishment of our Palestinian state with its capital, Al-Quds, are achieved.

On the occasion of the blessed Eid al-Adha, the Deputy Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, comrade Jamil Mezher, extends his congratulations to the masses of our people in the homeland and the diaspora, to the families of the martyrs and prisoners, and to our brave female and male prisoners in the occupation’s prisons, led by the Secretary-General of the Front, the leader Ahmed Saadat, “Abu Ghassan”.

In light of the ongoing war of extermination, siege, and policies of starvation in the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and Al-Quds, and with the worsening suffering of our people in the refugee camps and the diaspora, the national and popular responsibility is confirmed to strengthen the bonds of social solidarity and mutual support as one of the pillars of steadfastness, by supporting affected and displaced families, exchanging visits with the families of martyrs, prisoners, and the wounded, and expanding support initiatives in these harsh conditions, in a way that enhances the cohesion of the social fabric and confronts attempts at fragmentation and weakening.

The continuation of organized zionist-American criminality against our people and our region will not achieve its goals, in light of the deep crisis and political and military confusion the “israeli” entity is experiencing, along with a continuous failure to resolve its aggression and achieve its goals. In contrast, our people continue their legendary steadfastness under bombardment and siege, holding fast to their land and identity, while the integration of the resistance fronts and the multiplicity of confrontation arenas constitutes an essential element of strength that reshapes the equations of the conflict and thwarts the enemy’s schemes.

In conclusion, we emphasize that this popular and field cohesion forms an impenetrable barrier against attempts to liquidate the Palestinian cause, and that the deeply rooted will of the people creates new equations on the path to freedom and liberation.

We call upon our Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank, Al-Quds, and our occupied lands of ’48 to make this blessed Eid an occasion for further unity, cohesion, compassion, solidarity, and harmony, and to renew the pledge to continue the path of jihad, resistance, and confrontation until we achieve our aspirations for freedom, independence, and the liberation of the land and the holy sites, foremost among them Al-Quds and the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and our male and female prisoners in the zionist prisons.

We call upon our Arab and Islamic nation to make the days of the blessed Eid an opportunity and occasion to intensify initiatives to relieve our people, support them, show solidarity with them in all arenas and fields, and work to heal their wounds and strengthen their steadfastness in all forms.

We pray for mercy for the pure martyrs of our people and our Arab and Islamic nation who ascended on the path to liberating Al-Quds, Palestine, and Al-Aqsa Mosque. The Democratic Front stated: In light of this colonial settlement expansion and the absence of any practical response from the official Palestinian side beyond press releases, we in the DFLP reaffirm our initiative to convene a Palestinian national conference in the West Bank. This conference would address the general situation, from settlement and annexation issues to the plundering of Palestinian funds and the obstruction of the clearance revenue transfer system, as well as the mass arrests and daily killings. The aim is to develop a national strategy that unifies the official and popular Palestinian position in the West Bank to confront the ongoing Israeli fascist colonial attacks, which are escalating dangerously day by day, threatening the Palestinian Authority’s jurisdiction over the land and people of the West Bank.

This step constitutes a dangerous qualitative escalation in the occupation’s policies and is a clear expression of its accelerating slide toward fascism and racist legislation.

This criminal law is considered a flagrant violation of all rules of international humanitarian law and reaffirms once again that the occupation state is nothing but a regime based on organized oppression and terrorism. It hides behind slogans of “democracy” and “rule of law” in a misleading attempt to improve its image before the world, while in reality, it practices the ugliest forms of systematic killing and ethnic cleansing against our Palestinian people.

The Front believes that the approval of this law comes in the context of an open war waged by the occupation government against our people, targeting the Palestinian human being in their life, dignity, and rights. This bloody approach will not succeed in breaking the will of our people or deterring them from continuing their legitimate struggle in all its forms; rather, it will make them more steadfast and attached to their fixed national rights, foremost among them freedom, independence, and self-determination.

The Front calls on the international community—governments, parliaments, political forces, and human rights organizations—to assume its legal and moral responsibilities, to break out of the state of silence and complicity, by condemning this racist law clearly and explicitly, and by taking practical steps to isolate the occupation government and hold it accountable for its crimes before international forums and courts.

The Front also demands the provision of immediate international protection for Palestinian prisoners in the occupation’s prisons, the guaranteeing of their full rights in accordance with the Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian law, and working to stop the policies of torture, medical neglect, and slow killing to which they are subjected daily.

Our Palestinian people, who have offered and continue to offer immense sacrifices, will remain loyal to their cause and firmer than all attempts at oppression and extermination, and will continue their struggle until achieving their full and undiminished national rights.

DFLP: Zionist Regime Has Returned the Ceasefire Agreement to Point Zero

The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine said that the head of Israeli fascism, Benjamin Netanyahu, with his continuous aggressive actions in the Gaza Strip, has reset the ceasefire and ceasefire agreement, which is in its fifth month, to zero, with the massacres, bloodshed and systematic destruction. Their tanks have torn up the “Sharm el-Sheikh Declaration”, which was signed on October 13, 2025 by four heads of state: the American, Egyptian, Turkish and Qatari prime ministers.

The Rafah foot crossing has become a trap and a station for arresting and tormenting travelers, who walk long distances on foot, and for constant humiliation by occupation soldiers, as well as by gangs of collaborators who also loot travelers’ money and steal their bags

The Democratic Front notes that the Israeli side has turned the “Sharm el-Sheikh Declaration” into a worthless piece of paper, manipulating the definition of the first phase and imposing its own conditions based on blackmail, by which the delay in receiving the body of an Israeli soldier was converted into an “international issue”, on which the fate of the “Sharm el-Sheikh Declaration” and the guarantee of the four presidents depend. It has also left the First Phase open without accountability, according to its vision and that of its government. It then moved on to its new blackmailing plans under the Second Phase, which it is now trying to define, stipulating that the implementation of the second phase must begin with the handover of the Gaza Strip’s weapons, while threatening at the same time that there will be no talk of rebuilding the Gaza Strip without disarmament.

In the same context, the DFLP warns of the danger of the occupation forces’ construction and military bases behind the yellow line, which indicate that the occupation army is determined to stay on the eastern side of the Gaza Strip, not mentioning withdrawal, but threatening to remove the yellow line and return to invading and occupying the entire Gaza Strip, always on the pretext of disarming the Gaza Strip, blowing up tunnels and destroying the infrastructure of the resistance, as it claims, without ruling out, at the same time, adding to the Gaza Strip’s files and conditions the files of resistance leaders and their arrest and trial.

The DFLP questiona the absence of the Peace Council headed by Trump, and the disregard for the developments in the Gaza Strip, all of which lead to the destruction of the “Sharm el-Sheikh Declaration” and the ceasefire agreement and Resolution 2803.

The DFLP also questiona the reasons for the silence of the guarantor states on the obstruction by the occupation state of the transfer of the National Committee for Gaza Administration to the Gaza Strip, and keeping it excluded in Cairo, as if Israel is trying to create an alternative reality to Trump’s plan, turning the Gaza Strip committee into a “government in exile” in Cairo or in El-Arish, making the occupation army, in the absence of a vacuum, the authority controlling the situation and fate of the Gaza Strip ■

The Balfour Declaration is a major crime that will not expire and reaffirms Britain’s responsibility for our people’s tragedy and catastrophe and its involvement in the ongoing genocide.

On this day, November 2nd, our people and humanity as a whole remember with sorrow, pain, and anger the 107th anniversary of the ill-fated Balfour Declaration, announced by British Foreign Minister and war criminal Arthur Balfour in 1917, granting the right to the land of Palestine to those who do not deserve it.

This declaration constituted a major historical crime that legitimized the usurpation of the land of Palestine and its rights and the displacement of our Palestinian people, emphasizing Britain’s direct responsibility for the ongoing Nakba our people face to this day. Our people’s tragedy continues under the zionist occupation, which continues to commit the most heinous massacres, organized terrorism, and genocide, as is happening in Gaza.

The continuous British support for this criminal entity is one of the prominent reasons that have reinforced the reality of the occupation and the continuation of its crimes. Colonial Britain, which sought to impose its hegemony in the region, bears moral and historical responsibility for everything that has happened and continues to happen to our people. This support is not mere collusion but full partnership in the genocide.

On the 107th anniversary of the ill-fated Balfour Declaration, we in the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine reaffirm the following:

1. We will not forget or forgive Britain for committing this major crime and causing the Nakba of our people, holding it directly responsible for our people’s continuous suffering.

2. We demand that the British government recognize the rights of the Palestinian people and compensate for the damages caused by this ill-fated declaration as a necessary step towards achieving justice and atoning for its major crime.

3. We stress the importance of raising global awareness about the catastrophic impacts of the Balfour Declaration, and we call on the free people of Britain who filled the squares by the hundreds of thousands denouncing the zionist aggression on Gaza to continue pressing the British government to assume its historical responsibilities and contribute immediately to stopping the ongoing genocide in Gaza and Lebanon.

4. We emphasize the role of institutions and groups supportive of and in solidarity with our people in activating the international arena through international institutions and the International Criminal Court to hold the occupation accountable for its crimes, support the rights of the Palestinian people, and hold Britain accountable for its historical role in the catastrophe of our people and the tragedy they continue to live through, as well as for its involvement in the genocide in Gaza and Lebanon.

5. We reaffirm our commitment to continue the struggle and resistance in all forms, foremost among them armed resistance, until the aggression is repelled and the repercussions of this ill-fated declaration are undone, regardless of the sacrifices and the extent of Western, especially British, collusion.

In conclusion, we in the Popular Front affirm that the Balfour Declaration will remain an open wound in the memory of our people, an unforgivable crime that will not expire, and we will remain loyal to the blood of our heroic martyrs, continuing our relentless struggle until liberation and return.

On this day in 1917, the infamous promise known as the Balfour Declaration was issued, falsely granting a right to those who had no claim over a land that was not theirs. This unjust declaration marked the initial step in a prolonged journey of oppression and aggression, paving the way for colonialism based on seizing land and eradicating the Palestinian people. Through this promise, Britain opened the gates to an enduring historical injustice and became one of the primary contributors to the suffering of the Palestinian people by supporting the establishment of the zionist entity and providing political cover for it to commit decades of oppression and ethnic cleansing. To this day, Britain bears moral, political, and legal responsibility for the oppression and displacement experienced by the Palestinian people. The impact of the Balfour Declaration remains deeply embedded in our memory, only growing stronger with every crime committed by the occupation.

Today, over a century after this crime, our people face an even harsher reality. The occupation is waging a war of genocide against our people in the Gaza Strip, aiming to crush the will of the Palestinian people, seize their land, deny them their freedom, and uproot them from their homeland.

The continuous massacres committed by the occupation against children, women, and the elderly in Gaza, the demolition of homes over their inhabitants, and the siege of over two million Palestinians are evident to the entire world. Yet, despite the clarity of these crimes, the disgraceful international silence persists, effectively giving the occupation a green light to further its aggressive plans. What is happening in Gaza and Lebanon is not just a military operation but a systematic war of genocide and the sowing of chaos aimed at depopulating the land and perpetuating a plan of displacement and uprooting that has been ongoing since the Nakba.

This tragedy is compounded by the continuous support provided by some Western powers, foremost among them the United States, which supplies the zionist entity with weapons and ensures its political protection in international forums, even guaranteeing its perpetual impunity. This limitless support enables the occupation to continue its aggression and atrocities against Palestinians and sends a clear message that the lives and rights of the Palestinian people, and the people of the entire region, hold no value in the political calculations of these states. This disgraceful alliance between the occupation and its supporters is the primary source of the suffering of our people and exacts a price paid in the blood of our sons and the future of our nation.

This comes amid the occupation’s blatant challenge to international institutions, as it wages an open war against all international bodies, especially UNRWA, which it has decided to ban from our land in an attempt to erase the right of Palestinian refugees. The occupation’s attacks on international institutions, including the UN Secretary-General and firing at UNIFIL forces in southern Lebanon, confirm that any talk of confronting this entity without the language of resistance is detached from reality.

On the anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, we call upon the world to recognize the extent of the historical injustice inflicted on our people and to assume its responsibilities in stopping this brutal occupation. The Palestinian people, with their inalienable right to their land and history, will remain steadfast and resistant until liberation and the rightful return of their land. We call on all the free people of the world to take a decisive stand against this ongoing injustice and stand in solidarity with our defenseless Palestinian people. The Palestinian resistance has proven throughout every phase of the struggle that it will not concede or retreat in the face of any attempt to erase its rights, and that the Palestinian people will remain resilient and steadfast in their land until justice prevails and the land returns to its rightful owners.

On the anniversary of the ill-fated Balfour Declaration, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine issued a statement holding British colonialism historically responsible for planting the zionist project in our land. The statement noted, “Had colonial Britain not worked to plant the zionist project in our land, to build the foundations of a settler state and to seize land, the zionist project would have remained lost in the world, searching for refuge far from us.”

The Democratic Front added, “British colonialism provided the zionist settler-colonial project with all the elements necessary for its realization: political pledges, land, water, weapons, and open doors for the migration of hundreds of thousands of Jewish migrants, while the United States and Western Europe closed their doors to Jewish refugees, pushing them forcibly toward Palestine to contribute to building a Jewish state on our land.”

The Democratic Front stated, “British colonialism did not stop at providing every element for establishing the colonial Jewish state on our land; it also actively suppressed the Palestinian national movement, pursuing its leaders, especially those of the armed resistance, starting with the esteemed Sheikh Izz El-Din Al-Qassam and passing through all the heroes of the resistance. It persisted in tilting the scales in favor of the zionist project, paralyzing the foundation of the Palestinian national project.”

The Democratic Front continued, “British colonialism still exhibits hostility towards our Palestinian people, openly participating in the genocidal war waged by the aggressor state against our people in Gaza, covering Gaza’s skies 24/7 with an aerial surveillance network feeding reports to the occupation army for its mass-killing operations. It also shows hostility towards the people of Yemen, who have taken on the responsibility of supporting our people in Palestine, by joining naval and air fleets alongside the United States.”

The Democratic Front stressed, “It is not enough for Britain to offer an apology for its historical and ongoing crimes against our people. At the very least, alongside an apology, Britain is obligated to cease supplying the occupation state with arms, boycott the economy of its settlements, stop providing cover for the aggressor state in the Security Council or the General Assembly, recognize the State of Palestine, cease obstructing its full membership in the United Nations, continue supporting UNRWA, and clearly and unequivocally affirm Palestinian refugees’ right of return to their homes and properties from which they were displaced in 1948, in addition to refraining from participating in wars against our Arab peoples.”

The Democratic Front concluded, “Despite everything Western colonialism has offered to the zionist project, our people’s resistance has not ceased over the past 100 years and will continue, presenting legendary stories of heroism by our people and their resistance throughout all occupied Palestinian territories.”

On this day in 1917, the infamous promise known as the Balfour Declaration was issued, falsely granting a right to those who had no claim over a land that was not theirs. The leadership of the Palestinian resistance factions held a consultative meeting in Beirut, where they discussed the developments of Al-Aqsa Flood battle amidst the ongoing zionist aggression on our land, people, and holy sites, especially in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian West Bank, and Al-Quds. The meeting concluded with the following results:

First: With all pride and honor, the attendees praised the heroic steadfastness of our people in the occupied lands, especially the legendary steadfastness of our people in the Gaza Strip, where our children, women, and all our people, with bare chests, face the brutal acts of the "israeli" enemy, which targeted shelters for the displaced, homes, mosques, churches, schools, hospitals, and the general infrastructure facilities, as part of implementing a genocidal and scorched-earth policy against our steadfast people, who firmly thwarted the mass displacement project to the Arab neighbors, to empty the steadfast Strip of its residents, and annex it to the state of occupation and mass murder. Second: The attendees highlighted the heroic actions of the valiant resistance in the occupied Palestinian lands in general, and in the Gaza Strip in particular. They praised its ability to thwart the enemy's goals, demonstrating its incompetence and the fragility its forces in the field. They also praised the unity of struggle of all the military wings of the resistance factions, as manifested in the field in creativity, smart tactics, and actions that exceeded expectations in an extension of the strategic battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, which made October 7, 2023, a historical turning point, shaking the international situation. This reaffirms that the Palestinian cause still is and will remain the central issue at the regional level, and that the decline in interest was not due to a decline in status in the region's political map, but rather an expression of the decline of the official leadership role, which based its calculations on betting on the American "two-state solution" project, and the "understanding" project with the zionist occupation "Oslo Accords."

In this context, the attendees affirm their determination to continue the resistance in the field, and in other forums, until the brutal war on our people stops, and the aggression is repelled from the Strip.

3) Arab, Islamic, and international commitment to reconstruction, and requesting brotherly and friendly countries, and international and regional organizations, foremost among them the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the United Nations, to launch an international initiative to reconstruct what the occupation and barbaric aggression have destroyed in the Gaza Strip, and to work earnestly to bring life back to the Strip's arteries, to provide the necessary foundations for enhancing the steadfastness of our people and their adherence to their land, as a minimum reward for the legendary sacrifices that astonished the whole world.

Fourth: The attendees stressed their condemnation and rejection of the scenarios by Western and "israeli" circles for the so-called "day after" in Gaza. They confirmed that such rejected scenarios, both in detail and in general, are merely betting on the failed attempt to break the steadfastness of our people and our valiant resistance; these are mere pipe dreams that will not be realized now or in the future, especially after the signs of the enemy's defeat began to appear, in its explicit acknowledgment of its deaths and injuries at the hands of our resistance, and its forced withdrawal of the most significant part of its forces, after the disgrace it suffered in the field at the hands of our heroic resistance fighters in the field.

The attendees affirm that our national movement and valiant resistance possess a wealth of struggle, intellectual, and political stock that qualifies it to reject all projects and scenarios presented as a "solution" to the Gaza cause, as there is no separate cause for the Strip, another for the West Bank, and another for Al-Quds.

The Palestinian cause is the cause of all of Palestine, land, people, rights, future, and destiny. The solution to the cause can only be achieved through the departure of the occupation and all forms of settlements, paving the way for our people to determine their national destiny on their land.

Fifth: The attendees agreed on the need to confront the consequences of the barbaric war on our people with a unified strategic and combative struggle, reintroducing our cause as a national liberation cause for a people under occupation. In this context, they propose the following suggestions to all parties of the Palestinian national movement and its components:

1) Calling for a comprehensive national meeting that includes all parties without exception, to implement what was agreed upon in previous Palestinian dialogues, and to confront the consequences of the brutal war on our people in the Gaza Strip, and the barbaric attacks by settler gangs and occupation forces, and settlement and annexation projects in the West Bank, especially in Al-Quds.

2) Rejecting all solutions and scenarios for the so-called "future of the Gaza Strip," and presenting a national Palestinian solution based on forming a national unity government that emerges from comprehensive national consensus including all parties, responsible for unifying national institutions in the occupied lands in the West Bank and the Strip, bearing responsibilities in adopting projects aimed at rebuilding what the barbaric invasion destroyed in the Strip, restoring life to our people there, and preparing for elections.

3) Full emphasis on the necessity of a ceasefire and the permanent cessation of all acts of aggression, and the complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, as a condition for discussing prisoner exchange based on the of "all for all" principle, emptying the prisons, and stopping arrests against our people in the occupied lands.

4) Developing and enhancing the Palestinian political system on democratic foundations, through general elections (presidential, legislative, and national council), according to a full proportional representation system, in free, fair, transparent, and democratic elections, with the participation of everyone, thereby rebuilding internal relations on the foundations and principles of national coalition and genuine national partnership.

The attendees salute the martyrs of our people in the occupied lands, especially to our people in the Gaza Strip, wish a speedy recovery to the wounded, and salute those who are steadfast despite the harshness and brutality of the aggression in the Gaza Strip. They extend a salute of struggle and admiration to the states and forces of resistance in our [Arab and Islamic] nation for their role in supporting our people and resistance.

They also salute our Arab peoples and the free people in the world who came out in their countries and capitals, condemning zionist terrorism and supporting our people's right to defend themselves and their land and dignity. They call for more political, media, and financial support, establishing a global front against "israeli" terrorism and aggression, and the barbarism of the Atlantic, led by the United States, the number one enemy of the world's peoples aspiring to freedom, independence, prosperity, and dignified living.”
