You do not need to spend hundreds of dollars on knives for everyday use.
I got these, as part of a set in a cool roll-up bundle, at Johnson and Wales in 1978. Nearly daily use and they are just terrific.
I lost several pieces, over the years, but these I use all the time. I really miss the paring knife and the carving fork the set had.
