That young fawn has really grown over the summer, and doe and her fawn were in the front yard in full sunlight. The alert ears are due to the cats nearby.

Even zucchini keep all winter if allowed to ripen enough on the vine. Pumpkins keep fine if they do not freeze. The design was cut while the fruit was still green and is fully healed. The longest lasting of the squashes I grow seems to be butternut, I still have some from last year in the sun in the solarium.

This year not a blossom open yet and a blanket of snow is still melting. Last week this year's shoots and blossom stems were well hidden below a foot of snow. The daffodil photo time stamps show this year's bloom is late, this image from Feb. three years ago.

Catching up after a 90 hour power outage with no internet or computer, lots of photos to download, kept going out for walks between snow showers, such irresistible beauty, rare historically here to have such a heavy snowfall.

New desk layout roughly implemented. Still need the table legs to get the right side off of a cooler and some milk crates, and ill probably rearrange the monitor setup once I can actually put weight over there. Cable straps coming tomorrow hopefully so I can fix that nightmare, and get back to tinkering with my SBC NAS.

More drawers and cabinets as well as wall shelving coming soon also.
