✨🔍 Behold, the #StarFighter 16-Inch, a #laptop so cutting-edge it needs a GPS to navigate its own menu icons! 🤯 It's like Star Labs forgot what a coherent design is and just threw a keyboard at a website! 🚀💥

🖍️💻 ALERT: Keith has #Opinions about colors, because apparently, #CSS can't handle "Too Much Color" without imploding into a rainbow puddle of failure. 🚨🤦♂️ The real masterpiece here is his #minifier test suite—because what the world really needed was a Rube Goldberg machine for proving that "precise enough" still means completely unnecessary. 🎨🤔

This digital day clock has the very smooth input buttons on the back of the clock.
You get to see either the buttons or the display. [fume]
And I ain't even got peripheral neuralgia / numb fingers.
Inputting the correct tim & date is a yuck experience.Hacked to increase touch sensations / useability.
Impossible for this to be specified when manufactured. /s
Dent put in centre button. Direction buttons slashed in direction.

🤦♂️ Ah, the timeless art of taking every font on your computer and averaging them into one glorious monstrosity. No need for web searches or actual type design skills; just throw some #programming spaghetti at the wall and call it "generative typography." 🖥️✍️ Enjoy your perfectly mediocre Frankenstein font, if you dare! 🎨😂

🎨📏 Behold, the revolutionary Two Slice font: Because reading shouldn't be enjoyable, it's now possible to squint at text that mimics microscopic ants! 🐜🔍 Perfect for masochists who consider 2px tall fonts a design "breakthrough." 🙄🎉

Yes products and services have become very un-usable for an increasing proportion of the population.
Hidden controls, complex controls, hidden food packaging openings, food jar tops that need tools to lever open, the whole of IT (with a few exceptions), low audio quality phone calls, microscopic print on food packaging are just the ones that spring to mind.
Seems to be a de-couple between design and consumers.

Just got the latest user interface for #Thunderbird email.
Yeah, well swearing about this crap isn't going to get rid of it.
Anyone know how to get back to the previous layout, user interface?

I have a couple of questions. Who was the artist who thought this logo design would be good idea? And who at FU.Life Group actually approved this logo design to be fixed on every student hall they operate? #ui #ux #l10n #i18n #translation #logofails #designfails #iosdev

CW: mild profanity at the obliviousness of corporates to accessibility needs
@fluidlogic @ImpossibleUmbrella
Some people are highly attuned to the perfect combination of form and function.
Then there are the dipsticks that design products guided by their "feels". The long term failures to provide adequately sized icons being just one of the harms these mis-assigned sidewalk sanitation engineers have imposed on hundreds of millions.

@Delhi
It's almost as if the remote is not an adequate user interface.
But that must be wrong.
/sarcasmMy #ElderlyRelative is overwhelmed by remotes.
Having too many options results in them having no options.
Large corporations need laws imposed on them forcing then to provide accessibility options. -
I really hate when websites change the scroll speed on me. I expect to cover a certain amount of page for a given scroll-wheel input but something behind the scenes is throwing it way out of whack. #designfails
