@demerara Federal government normally establishes national policies, ex. Healthcare, pharmacare, $10 / day daycare etc. It is up to the provincial premiers to deliver on Canadian policies. Provincial premiers who don’t, are in #DerelictionOfDuty and practising #BreachOfTrust towards the citizens that elected them so that they would enact these policies for the benefit of Canadians.
