Simple and actionable?

Ok :) Challenge accepted.

Here’s Step Zero of #derad. It’s meant for those who want to engage in #deradicalization. That it’s the same process one guides those who ask for help through is totally coincidental.

One can choose to inflict pain on others and self.

One can choose to recognize all humans as equally human, even me, even you.

Choosing to not inflict pain and to view all humans as equally human, not a bad way to live.

Welp, today was some unwelcome news.

Increasingly it’s looking like I’m not going be able to go back to the company that I had an on the job injury with.

I am somewhat anxious over what my next steps will be looking like.

On the upside, helped someone that asked for help get started down the #derad path earlier today and incidentally helped me with a couple #mHealth issues in my own skull.

Helping others helps oneself.
