@jumblies To #deprescribe, you need to follow an holistic approach or identifying priorities.
The focus on diseases followed by Schools of #Medicine is clearly in contrast with person-centred interventions. I do not exclude exceptions.
A few points:
- #Polypharmacy can be correct and justifiable, but should always raise alert
- 7 drugs at 70 or 6 at 60... Well... We can do better...
- Primary #prevention is independent of age
