Don't know why I'm surprised by this article from last month - #PresidentMusk is having Delaware rewrite their laws of #incorporation, so he can #overturn their #decision against his "biggest pay package in history", $55.8 BILLION dollars. They are bypassing the #Delaware State #Bar Association's *Corporation Law Council*, who always drafts & debates these types of laws. Canadian woman #incarcerated entering the country to go to a professional conference, despite holding all the appropriate paperwork.
And she's still there, eleven days later, in horrible conditions this country usually only reserves for the poor, the Black, and the brown.
