RULE 1 - do whatever you can to get hardlockers water. Several times, #RCMP under brutal #SgtCharney CO - known to be unhinged, has multiple violations for racism/bigotry under his belt, moved from Winnipeg to Surrey - refused water for ppl. ExWife filed against him & that's how he ended up in BC. RCMP doesn't care if you beat your wife. They care more about hiding their own crimes against citizens.
