My Latitude 7275 that has seen less use since I got my MacBook Pro. After an update it gained a better keyboard, and the touch experience is still amazing!

I had to downgrade linux-hardened to version 6.something, because the 7.x series fucks up suspend - the LED on the caps lock blinks, but otherwise, my Dell Latitude doesn't react any longer.
With the 6.x series, suspend works. -
A Dell Latitude E6540 I rescued from Value Village that was marked "for parts". Installed Fedora and it runs like a champ.

🚨 Cisco’s Talos found firmware flaws in Dell’s ControlVault3 module that let attackers bypass Windows login, implant persistent code, and spoof biometric access. 😳 Physical access is required—but the implications are serious for corporate and government users running Latitude or Precision devices. The kicker? These implants can survive a full OS reinstall. Patches started rolling out in March, but given Dell’s track record with slow firmware patch uptake, many systems are likely still vulnerable. 🤦🏻♂️

A laptop that is half the age of me and that's still kicking is very weird to me. Something that can still be browsing most of the modern web, play more early 2000s game titles, and of course do work on.
There is something satisfying about being able to switch batteries by sliding one out and a new one in ready to go for a few more hours.

Seeing my Dell Latitude e6410 run a modern operating system and still be able to do some slight multitasking and it's literally lasted me since I bought it used years ago for college. I use to do video editing on this with it's intel graphics. A 13 year old laptop!
