Strikes across Syria in reaction to neoliberal policies embraced by al-Sharaa and the continuing rise in cost of living. Teacher and freight truck driver strikes, port worker mobilizations, doctors and street venders organizing protests.

Es wäre eine Katastrophe, wenn Daesch wieder an Territorium gewinnt. Die US-geführte Anti-IS-Koalition ist nachwievor in Ostsyrien aktiv und führt Luftschläge gegen Daesch-Waffentransporte und -lager aus.

Auch die demokratischen SDF wollen ein Wiedererstarken Daeschs verhindern. Die Stadt Deir Ezzor und zwei Dörfer sind von abziehenden Assad-Truppen vor wenigen Stunden an die SDF übergeben worden.

Omar Abu Layla: 100 members including commanders of the Iranian #IRGC militia have arrived in Al-Bukamal eastern Syria, from other towns inside and outside #DeirEzzor.

It appears that the IRGC militias are certainly working to reinforce their military camps on the border with Iraq and planning for an imminent escalation in the region.
