The judge ruled in favor of Dominion saying that Fox News’ statements were #defamatory because the statements #injured the company by accusing it of “fraud, deception, or other misconduct in its business”.
The court also ruled that there was #not enough evidence to support that Fox News “conducted good faith, disinterested reporting”.
