Ja, "de jure" könnten die Abgeordneten einen Vorschlag der Parteivorsitzenden auch ablehnen. Mimetisch, also "de facto" würde das zu einer sofortigen Regierungskrise & Rücktritt oder Vertrauensfrage führen. Die ausdrücklich GG Art. 38 widersprechende Fraktionsdisziplin lähmt mit diesen mimetischen Zwängen seit 1961 die Legislative gegenüber der Exekutive bis an den Rand der Selbstaufgabe.
Immerhin gibt es Anzeichen, dass sich die gewählten Unions-Mitglieder des Bundestages nicht mehr alles gefallen lassen. Der (mir gut bekannte & persönlich geschätzte) parlamentarische Geschäftsführer Steffen Bilger (CDU) hat angekündigt, dass die vom Volk gewählten MdB gehört, vielleicht sogar konsultiert werden sollen. Die Wahl soll dann am 29.7. in Präsenz in Berlin stattfinden.

Die #Judikative wie das BVG kann hier kaum helfen, da die #Legislative wie der deutsche #Bundestag ja weiterhin #dejure alle Rechte auch nach Art. 38 #Grundgesetz hat. Die #defacto - Beschränkung ihrer Rechte durch GG-sinnwidrige Koalitionsverträge & Koalitionsausschüsse (seit 1961) nehmen die Abgeordneten ja bisher freiwillig hin! Das Aufbegehren der #JU gegen #Merz war daher wichtig.
