#DeepFriedBlackEyedPeaPatties (serve with salad) 🥗
2 beaten eggs
2T oil
1-2T* minced garlic
2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
15T* SR flour
Black pepper
Cayenne pepper
Sage
*I always forget how much garlic til I'm actually making it so go by your own tolerance for garlic & other spices are to your taste
*15T = 1C-1T
Mix wet ingredients 1st, then stir in flour & spices
Drop spoonfuls of batter into deep fryer (or 350° pot of oil)
Drain on paper towels -
