The #Library seems #StrangelyIgnorant of the deaths of some 2000 #Australians, many after being forced into interactions with #DebtColllectionServices via the #DepartmentOfHumanServices run #RoboDebt program.
At least I hope they're ignorant.
And that's why they refer fees for 28 day(?) over due items to a "US based debt collection agency".Acting like monsters.
