Never seen so many mosquitoes on one body part in my whole life: ~12 on my lower left leg while taking the dog out. Killed at least 3, but I felt sure it must have been ~6. Their, um, remains were tiny, & I wiped my hand across there right away.

@noplasticshower We started raining about 12:45 yesterday, but it has stopped & started repeatedly. Been overcast all day here. Not raining right now -- in fact, if I'd been more, um, energetic, I prolly shoulda mowed the lawn. :)

UNL Drought Monitor moved us back into the "none" category last week. Basically the whole state came up a category or more. It'll be interesting to see what the site looks like tomorrow @ 8:30.

Wouldn't you know it!? I replace-a-disk-then-repair my #Synology #NAS #StoragePool, then 12 hours later, we get a Tropical Storm warning and - at the 21% repair point - the power to my house goes out as a huge rainstorm begins!
