An academic analysis reviewed by Reuters suggests that a Patriot air defense system operated by the U.S. may have fired the interceptor missile responsible for a pre-dawn explosion in Bahrain, which injured dozens of civilians and destroyed homes just 10 days into the war with #Iran.
