CW: Death Stranding 2 potential spoiler-ish vagueness
So yesterday I advanced enough that apparently there is a Pokemon mechanic in this game....
I swear, #DeathStranding2 so far is a Hideo Kojima fever dream. Like he did 20 lines of coke and was in a room where no one said "hey uhhh wanna leave that out?" or "will this make any sense?"
I love it. But it's so fucking weird. I'm maybe 40 or 50% through who the hell knows and like I said a trainer (for ammo and balance and building materials mainly) is the only way to really be able to enjoy an experience the insanity without every bit of minutiae that wacky man put in.
When I eventually finish this in 30 or 80 hours (seriously who can tell with Hideo) I'll probably spend a week on the wiki just to decipher what the fuck has been going on.
All I know is now I can go "WEIRD WHATEVER THE FUCK IS GOING ON, I CHOOSE YOU!" because why the hell not?
