Increasingly I'm hearing child survivors of family courts saying they will mount class actions and civil suits against the states that removed parents from their lives.
WA is NO exception.
Literally just go look at where WA state is spending the most and GROWING money in civil suit settlements.
And please read my whole story and ask yourself if you see WA state getting the shit sued out of it if THIS is how family law actually operates here.
