    There are two pairs of restrooms at Trinidad Rec Center. One of the men’s rooms are locked, the floor in the other one is flooded with sewage.

    Can’t 311 it. Can’t talk to staff because they are busy herding kids outside because kids aren’t allowed to loiter inside? Guess DGS will get to this next fiscal year or something. #DCProud #ObviouslyDC
