After this incident, what are the chances that another entertainer is going to bring this guy on stage now that he's increasingly publicly aligning himself with fascists, white supremacists, reactionaries and anti-scientific conspiracy theorists? Who wants to go down with that ship?
And of course, the account that uploaded this video was banned on the bird site, and those sharing it there are getting posts removed or accounts suspended.

Final word on #davechapelle #MAGA hate media (except slavish Fox News and its RW orbit), pundits, and celebrities because they don’t generally give Trump uncritical coverage and love him back the way he loves them, not because they have wealth. These wealthy celebrities and media elites (whatever their race or ethnicity) want to segment their economic class from Trump but no go. Take #MAGA at their word: “We love Trump because he says things the others won’t say.” We know what those things are.

On #davechapelle again: In 2016, Trump carried all the major White demographics except (barely) white women with college degrees. So, here we go again with the media and celebrities trying to blame economic forces alone for the ascendance of Trump and the Republicans—-and foregrounding White Supremacy. Economics and racial/ethnic denigration are interlocking and Trump is using the full mojo of American racial and class animus to great effect. Because it works.
