#Datura bloom last night. Sticking my nose into its flower and inhaling is one of the joys of my life.

My daturas have survived an intense hailstorm 2 weeks ago —you can tell by the holes in the green leaves. It dented cars around here, and broke a few windows…. but these daturas do NOT give a f. They WILL survive Mother Nature’s many wrath’s, and they WILL flower, and the only thing that can stop them is an asteroid.
This particular flower here is a stubborn asshole—just like its gardener/breeder.

Today I (it was actually @kooomash ) discovered that the beautiful purple plant that grows those amazing white flowers, that my neighbor gifted us for our garden, is actually Datura, the "flower of the devil", lol.
I planted it some months ago in the vegetable garden, very close to our tomato plants, do you think I risk to get intoxicated?
