In January 2025 I got my first split keyboard. After seeing so many Vim/Neovim video content creators use them, I also wanted to try. Now more than a year later, I'm happy to share my experience with it. -

Yay, I plugged the wrong cabe into my DASBOB #ergo #keyboard and fried one of the controllers apparently.
It still sort of works if I plug the USB-C on the right and use that controller as main, but I'm not sure how safe this is in the long run, or if it makes things worse.
I guess I'll buy a keycap set for the #Corne and use that for now, until I decide what to do. Most likely I'll just by a new controller and swap the one in the #DASBOB at some point since I really like that keyboard as well.
