Just had a full-on Karate Kid moment - a fly buzzed in while I was on the toilet and I swatted it with my hand using exactly the right amount of force and control to a) Not squash the fly b) Stun the fly so I could remove it.

How the hell did I even hit the fly at all?!? For any karatekas the action was gedan shuto, but more like a slap than a knife hand.

And black belts think us brown belts have no control 😉 🥋
