Wondering if the fediverse could help me out with some #warhammer40k reading recommendations!
Not been interested in Warhammer 40k in the past apart from a distant admiration for the grim aesthetic, but I picked up #DanAbnett’s Eisenhorn Omnibus and was hooked on those books.
Thing is, I’m not sure where to go from there. I know there are lots of Black Library titles but I’m not really interested in epic battles and space marines etc; what I liked about the Eisenhorn stories was the grounded and personal Detective/Horror kinda angles. Is there more of that? Where can I get it? It doesn’t help that lots of the Black Library titles seem to be out of print already. 😐
